Article 1 - Application of the general terms and conditions of sale

These general conditions of sale apply to all orders for internet tickets placed on the Micropolis ticket office and are systematically brought to the attention of each buyer to enable him to place an order. Article 3 - Ticket prices and regulations

3.1 - Prices of entrance tickets are indicated in EURO all taxes included.

3.2 - All orders, regardless of their origin, are only payable in Euro.

Cards accepted for the payment of a ticket order are the cards of the credit card / VISA and EUROCARD / MASTERCARD. All other payment methods are not accepted. Micropolis is not responsible for any charges on credit card transactions caused by changes in the exchange rate or for other reasons.

In conformity with the law "informatique et liberté" of 6 January 1978, the customer has a right of access, rectification and opposition to personal data about them. ARTICLE 7 – Validity of internet tickets

7.1 - Internet tickets are valid only for the period specified on the ticket.

These tickets are not returned, exchanged or refunded.

7.3 - Micropolis can not under any circumstances be held liable, particularly in case of loss or theft of the ticket. No duplicate can be issued on site.

ARTICLE 8 - presentation of tickets purchased on the internet

8.1 -it is mandatory to present the tickets purchased on our website at the ticket office on the day of the visit. micropolis reserves the right to refuse entry to the park if tickets are not presented.

8.2 - Tickets can be presented numerically (electronic, screen ...) or printed (the customer must ensure that the printed banknotes have a good print quality)

8.3 - Partially printed, soiled, damaged or illegible will not be accepted and considered de facto invalid. In case of poor quality, the customer must reprint his or her Internet tickets, the written information and the barcode must be legible. micropolis declines all responsibility for any anomalies that may occur when the banknotes are printed by you .

8.4 - Each printed Internet ticket is provided with a barcode allowing access to a single customer. It is impossible to enter the park several times with the same Internet ticket. Only the first person to present the Internet ticket will be admitted, the latter being presumed to be the legitimate holder of the ticket. Internet tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

8.5 - An entry ticket can not be returned, exchanged or resold except in case of exceptional closure of the site and decision by the management of Micropolis the city of insects refunding tickets.
